An Evening with Acts XXIX at Most Holy Trinity
In a time when “our world is crying,” the Catholic Foundation board, founders circle members, and friends found inspiration in the ACTS XXIX ministry lead by Fr. John Riccardo and his team.
On Saturday, October 24th generous supporters of the Catholic Foundation gathered together in the sun-drenched Holy Trinity Church for an evening of prayer, fellowship and reflection with Fr. John Riccardo. Fr. John spoke of the critical ministry of priestly revival and equipping lay and clergy leaders.
ACTS XXIX, an apostolate founded in 2019 by Deacon Steve and Fr. John Riccardo, affirms that the same Holy Spirit who was at work in the life of the early Church is at work right now in our lives.
The Group was reminded of the words of St. Joan of Arc, “I am not afraid. God is with me. I was born for this,” as ACTS XXIX believes and proclaims over and over again that each of us was born for this moment in history.
After a light dinner, Catholic Foundation board chair, Patrick Fehring shared his commitment to the Foundation’s mission of inspiring generosity. Pat invited all gathered to join the Founders’ Circle during this special time.
It is not too late to be a part of this vital group of supporters, the Founders’ Circle.
Membership is a lifetime opportunity to make a difference in our community of faith. Individuals who contribute $5,000 per year for five years to help fund the operations of the Catholic Foundation during its formative years, will be invited to join the Founders’ Circle. Members are publicly recognized by the Foundation, in perpetuity, and will be invited to the annual education, social and spiritual events hosted by the Foundation.
